The Great Deception...(Part One)

Post  Admin on Tue May 19, 2009 8:47 am

Dear Reader,

I want to talk to you about the greatest and most profound Deception Satan ever managed to pull on humanity...

This is a Deception so big and so profound, that billions of people are going to go to be cast into the Lake of Fire without understanding that they DID HAVE A CHOICE to be saved...

Satan knew if he could destroy HOPE...then Love and Faith would seem meaningless...and so he spun his web of Deceit using false teachers and false preachers to spread the (UN)godly word...

And what is so painful is that he used the Holy Scriptures in order to do so...just as he used them to attempt bending Yeshua (Jesus)the Messiah to his wicked will.

Romans 3:10-20

10 As the Scriptures say, "No one is good- not even one.
11 No one has real understanding; no one is seeking G-d.
12 All have turned away from G-d; all have gone wrong. No one does good, not even one."
13 "Their talk is foul, like the stench from an open grave. Their speech is filled with lies." "The poison of a deadly snake drips from their lips."
14 "Their mouths are full of cursing and bitterness."
15 "They are quick to commit murder. 16 Wherever they go, destruction and misery follow them.
17 They do not know what true peace is."
18 "They have no fear of G-d to restrain them."
19 Obviously, the law applies to those to whom it was given, for its purpose is to keep people from having excuses and to bring the entire world into judgment before G-d.
20 For no one can ever be made right in G-d's sight by doing what his law commands. For the more we know G-d's law, the clearer it becomes that we aren't obeying it.

Sounds as if mankind is lost...beyond Salvation...beyond HOPE....

This Satan combined with the following scriptures written below in the hearts of men in order to deepen the despair... The notion that some 'elite' would be saved whether they like it or not, because they were pre-destined to be saved,...and others who WANT to be saved can pray until hell freezes over (pardon the pun)...but it will be to no avail... They were destined for destruction!!!

Romans 8:30 (King James Version)

30Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

And this is when it all started...

John Calvin
(1509-1564)

Passages like Rom. 8:30 caused Calvin to define the invisible church by focusing on "predestination." He reasoned that Paul must have understood election to have taken place before the creation; that G-d had pre-ordained some to salvation (election) and others to reprobation. Having decided the lot of all individuals in this manner, G-d then worked through Providence to ensure that those destined for salvation would realize their salvation and that those destined for reprobation would be blinded and hardened to the work of the Holy Spirit.

About seventy years after the last edition of Calvin's Institutes of the Christian Religion had been published, this understanding of election started to unravel. A synod was called in the Dutch city of Dort to resolve the issue, and the five points of the "TULIP" of Calvinism (so called because of the acronym formed by the first letters of the five "points") became centers for the debate. "Five Point Calvinism," affirmed all of the five points. Because G-d was sovereign, His election must prevail absolutely. The logic for the TULIP is simple and logical, and goes like this:

Because all persons are totally depraved, those who are among the elect can do nothing to change their elect status, given purely through unconditional grace.

(My note: If G-d's grace was unconditional, where is the UNCONDITIONALITY if the grace was meant ONLY for the elect. The whole concept contradicts itself. And besides...then the elect wouldn't need Yeshua to die on the cross, since they would be saved ANYWAY... So why did Yeshua drink the cup of Wrath from His Father at all, paying for the sins of all humanity?...DOINK!!!)

Because G-d's predestined decisions are perfect and final, they must hold even if those who are among the elect resist their election and their election must persevere even in the event that they backslide. Furthermore, since the number of elect persons is a fixed quantity established before the foundation of the world, it is only logical that atonement would be limited to the elect.

(My note: (Matt 25:1-13) On the Mount of Olives Jesus told his disciples another story about the kingdom of heaven. He said, "It is like ten young women, who took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom. Five of the young women were wise and five were foolish. All of them had been invited to the marriage of a friend.

"Together they started to meet the wedding party. Since the wedding was to take place at night, they took their lamps for light. The foolish five did not take oil for their lamps.

"The young women waited and waited. The wedding party was slow in coming. The young women became so tired that they fell asleep.

"About midnight someone called out, 'The bridegroom is coming. Go out to meet him.'

"At that the young women got up and trimmed their lamps so they would be ready to join the procession. The foolish five discovered that their oil was gone. 'What shall we do?' they cried. Then they turned to their friends and said, 'Please give us some of your oil, for our lamps have gone out.'

" 'We cannot give you oil, the wise young women answered. 'If we do, there will not be enough for us. Go and buy yourselves some oil.'

"The foolish young women had no choice. They went to buy oil. While they were gone, the wedding party came. The wise young women joined the party on the way to the bridegroom's house.

"When all the guests were inside, the door was shut. Now no one else was welcome. The foolish young women arrived after the door was shut. They knocked and called out, 'Open to us.' But the bridegroom would not let them in. They had come too late."

Jesus told this story to teach the disciples that they must always be ready for his coming. They would never know when he would call for them to leave this world and go to be with him. If they were not ready when he called, they too would be shut out.

1. They were ALL Maidens
2. They were all INITIALLY invited
3. Five were prepared with extra oil
4. Five thought they needed no back-up supplies
5. Five had their lamps lit when the Bridal procession arrived, and was let in...then THE DOOR WAS SHUT!
6. Five were too late, and even if they were invited initially...they were refused to enter...DOINK!)

The debate no doubt penetrated all levels of society. What, exactly, did "predestination" mean? Did it mean that history itself was pre-ordained, and that we were all doomed to walk a path in which all our decisions had been pre-made before the foundation of the world? Shakespeare wrote As You Like It during this period, and in that play we find the notion that

All the world's a stage
And all the men and women merely players.
They have their exits and their entrances...

So...it was reasoned... If it is already decided before we were born, what's the use of even TRYING to accept Yeshua as Saviour? If we are bound for hell, we might as well enjoy the trip...RIGHT?..

WRONG!!!

And Satan deceptively clinched it with misquoting the words of Yeshua in the following phrase, using Yeshua's words against His meaning intended...

(John 15:16)

Ye have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in My Name, He may give it to you.

(My Note: Here Yeshua was speaking explicitly to the 12 disciples He chose to be the First among those who would become His Body. He physically seeked them out and chose them to accompany Him while on earth, teaching them His Ways. He also ordained them to teach others who would follow...once He was with the Father again, interceding for His Flock. Their fruit would be the evidence of Salvation in those who come after...the seeds they sowed in the hearts of men would germinate, and bring forth new fruit of Salvation in the lives of those who heard them. Those saved by their testimony, then would have to continue spreading the seeds from their OWN fruit of Salvation (testimonies), to others to repeat the process over and over again...until all men has heard the Good News and turn to Yeshua for Salvation...Thus the Will of the Father would be done on earth as it is in heaven. The prayer He gave us all to pray too...)

Calvinists use the following verse as argument that only if G-d the Father draws someone, can he come to Yeshua, but they fail to see WHAT the CONDITIONS for G-d DRAWING someone...

"No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him, and I will raise him up at the last day. It is written in the prophets, 'And they shall all be taught by G-d'. Therefore anyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me."
John 6:43-45

G-d the Father CLEARLY states THROUGH Yeshua WHAT would CAUSE G-d to DRAW someone to Yeshua. And it's stated in the following verse:

John 12:32:

And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw ALL men unto me. Note that He does not say I will DRAW the ELECT unto me...but ALL MEN!!!)

Now let's examine this verse further ANYONE not an elect few, but ANYONE who has HEARD from the Father and have been taught by Him... How does the Father make Himself known to us, and How do we LEARN from Him? Through His Holy Spirit who drive his Obedient Children to SPREAD THE GOSPEL IN ORDER that we may HEAR it, and REPENT unto Salvation when we BELIEVE...

(Romans 10:17) "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of G-d." SPREADING the Gospel is what Yeshua ordered us to do. If Pre-destination to be saved was fact, then we would not have to go make men HEAR the Gospel. This is something WE will answer for. Calvinism makes one believe that INSPITE of the obedient efforts of the Servants of G-d, those who are pre-destined to Salvation, wil be saved anyway therefore one can just ride out the wave and wait for His Return. Friends, there is a reason why the Parable of the Talents were told... If Calvinism buries what they have been given to work with in order to multiply it..they will be in for a rude awakening when the Master comes back to inspect the harvest..

Why is this whole concept a deception?
