The Great Temptations
When Satan tempted Yeshua, he used three very specific categories...
1. That of satisfying the flesh or cravings... (Yeshua expects us to deny ourselves and our flesh)
2. That of "showing off Religious Superiority" and tempting G-d by placing ourselves in danger and then expecting Him to rescue us,....just to prove a point... (G-d tempts no one and cannot be tempted, and Religious "showing off" is detestable to Him).. Yeshua tells us to be humble and become the servants of all.
3. Idol Worshipping (worshipping Satan), and gaining the World while losing our souls.... G-d said: "Ye shall have no other gods before Me".

1. Satan says it's right to Satisfy fleshly lusts and cravings whenever they occur, and especially when we feel "justified" (i.e. having fasted for some time) How often we feel we can 'reward' our bodies with what we crave, be it food, carnal actions, addictions or whatever is of the flesh... Satan says we can and should have our reward for 'being good' right here, right now...why not? Don't we deserve it? We've been so good!!!
Yeshua says Don't look for your rewards on earth...because if you get it here, you can forget about G-d rewarding you too. Remember what He taught His disciples? Don't be like the Pharisees who pray on the corners of streets in public, to be seen by the people. They already have their rewards...(they are already being respected as being "pious")...
Don't gather your treasures where moth and rust can destroy, and thieves can break in and steal...but in Heaven...and when He comes back He is BRINGING His rewards WITH HIM! Ye...seek ye the KINGDOM of Heaven, and all these things will be added to you!
Isn't the man worth more than the clothes he wears? Self gratification is feeding an ego...and places man as the most important, not G-d.... The Sword of the Spirit is NOT there for you to give your nails a manicure... It's there to fight the Dark One...
2. Satan says it's right to 'prove' how G-d favours you...by deliberately placing yourself in harm's way and "showing off" how much G-d loves you and how much He is prepared to protect you...
Let the world SEE you are G-d's pet,....YOU are SPECIAL.... He will send His ANGELS to protect you if you decide to jump into a bizarre situation. ...."Sit Bubu Sit, Good G-d..." "We STAND on the Word, G-d HAS to OBEY us..."
WE have to give HIM permission, and He must send Angels to protect us if we want to show off and do spiritual stunts. "Ooh I have a PRAISE REPORT!!! - I commanded and G-d OBEYED, that makes Him worthy of my Praise!!!" Show off, it's great to feel Special isn't it?
Yeshua says, Don't tempt G-d...He is NOT there at your beck and call for every "proof" you want to give, to show off how POWERFUL YOU ARE in the Holy Spirit. G-d is NOT your puppetFriends G-d is HOLY HOLY HOLY.
Friend, G-d is WORTHY of our Praise even if He does NOTHING! If He had to destroy us, He would STILL be righteous and worthy of Praise, because He rid His Universe of rebellious man!
How DARE we treat Him like our servant, to obey our orders!
HIS will be done...NOT ours! The Spirit of Witchcraft is the Spirit of Rebellion, and some folks use the Written Word of G-d to get THEIR wills done... Of Course G-d will honour His Word, but we WILL pay for our abuse of it. Make NO mistake about that!
3. Satan says: Who knows what (if anything at all) is coming after this life. Right here and right now is all that matters...and I can give you whatever you want. Think about yourself and what YOU can gain if you just be nice and "play the game".
Who cares what happens to others, if they get caught...it's their own stupidity... Take your chances, place your bet...Trust in Lady Luck...this world is ALL you'll get. Don't be stupid...I am Master here...
Worship yourself...I am YOUR Higher Self...you can do whatever you want, you just need to believe in your OWN abilities... If YOU don't look out for yourself, no one else will...
Yeshua says: There is ONLY ONE TRUE LIVING G-D...and He will have NO OTHER gods before Him, Yeshua should know....He is the Living WORD of G-d!!! Self worship is Satan Worship. Friend you are NOT a G-d.
But the Bible says......Yes I know what the Bible says...but did you know what was translated as G-d is actually the Hebrew word "Melech" which means King? Seek out Yeshua, and let His Holy Spirit teach you.
Trust no man....ALL men are liars... We are NOT to worship Creation. Man is a CREATED BEING. We are to worship the CREATOR... The G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacov...who exhalted HIS LIVING WORD above Him!
